The DRC has several helpful handouts on specific issues relating to employees with disabilities that are available for viewing or downloading. Consumer Outreach and Education
The Disability Resource Center provides a variety of workshops and customized training sessions to organizations throughout DOT. We Need Your Feedback!
At the DOT Disability Resource Center, our goal is to provide our employees and applicants with the accommodations and supports they need to be able to fully participate in the Department's work, programs and services. If you've recently received a service from us, someone from our office will be asking you to complete one of the following forms, so we'll know what worked well and where we might improve.
We have two feedback surveys; one for employees and applicants, and one for managers. If you are the person who received the service from us, please fill out the survey for employees and applicants. If you are the manager of someone who received a service, please fill out the manager's form.
Each form is presented as a Microsoft Word Fillable Form. To use the form, click the link to open the document. Fill out the form by answering the questions in the form fields, and save the document with a new name when you've completed your responses.
